Paid Plans

All paid plans receive priority support and are answered in the order they are received during normal working hours. Individual bug reports receive higher priority.

Enterprise Plans

Please open a ticket or contact your dedicated technical agent for the fastest support.

Free plans receive basic support. We try our best to respond as soon as possible but it may take up to 48 hours. If you need faster answers please check the Documentation or ask our Discord or Slack communities.

Support Limitations: While our goal is to ensure as seamless of a onboarding as possible, we have some limitations on creating custom code or custom integrations. We’re very happy to help wherever we can.
