You can use your keys to protect your games, plugins, themes, apps, software installs, and any other digital product. As long as your application can make at least a single API call to our servers it can be licensed.

Not unless you want it to, that’s up to you. A key only requires a single initial call to our API to activate. After that it’s up to you how you want to protect your product. You could, for instance, check just once on the initial install of your app, or you can check if the key is still activated every day and have your app stop working if the key has been deactivated.

It’s easy and only takes a few lines of code. You can make your first API call within two minutes! We have extensive documentation with code examples in multiple programming languages. 

To simplify, your app passes the key to our API and we handle the rest. The key sends back a message indicating its status which you can manipulate any way you like, such as fully unlocking your app when the key is activated.

We accept all major credit/debit cards through Stripe. Stripe securely handles all of our payment processing, we do not store any payment information on our servers. 

If you reached your plan's key limit and need more keys you can easily upgrade your account via the Dashboard with the click of a few buttons. Your new keys will be accessible immediately.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time via the Dashboard.

If you no longer wish to use BatchKeys, you may cancel at any time via the Dashboard.

Sure, we can set up a custom plan just for you. Custom plans start at 5,000 keys, but you can request as many keys as you need above that limit. Prices are adjusted based on the amount of keys requested. Please contact us and mention how many keys you need to get started.

We offer basic support for free accounts and premium support for all paid plans. Enterprise plans have dedicated technicians avaliable during normal business hours. Additionally, all plans can directly open support tickets to contact our help desk 24/7.
