Enterprise Plans #
If you are a large business or are planning to launch an app that will require a significant amount of keys, then the Enterprise plan is perfect for you.
Enterprise plans have these additional benefits:
- 99.99% uptime SLA agreement
- Placement on a dedicated, managed, server environment.1
- Request higher key limits at any time.
- Receive the highest level of support, with a dedicated support tech assigned to your account.2
- Request for us to generate keys in bulk that meet your specifications (for free).
- Feature requests from Enterprise plans are given top priority.
- Request custom API rate limits3.
- Request users be whitelisted against the rate limit system.4
- Export keys into CSV files.
Prices are based on the amount of keys you require and plans are typically paid upfront yearly, but monthly is also available.5
Custom Plans #
If you need an amount of keys not listed in our other plans but don’t need the special treatment and higher costs of an Enterprise plan, then a custom plan is another great option.
Custom plans start at 5,000 keys, and you can request any amount of keys above that. Tell us how many keys you need upfront and we will price your plan accordingly.
Pricing is charged monthly or yearly (your preference) and is based on the total keys you request.
Custom plans receive premium support through our ticket system.
Getting Started #
Whether you need an Enterprise or Custom plan, please contact us to get started. Please let us know which plan you would like, the number of keys you might need, your projected launch size, the size of any marketing you might be doing soon, and give us some details about your app so that we can better understand your needs. We will be in touch soon after.
1. For yearly plans only and also depends on a number of factors, such as the amount of API calls or traffic expected. BatchKeys representatives will determine if an account requires a dedicated managed server and could roll back to a standard server when no longer needed. 2. Support is available to answer tickets 24/7, with Enterprise plans receiving first priority. 3. Some additional fees for the development of a custom API rate limiter may apply, but are moderate. (See details). 4. These end users will no longer be blacklisted but can still experience temporary timeouts if they exceed the default rate limits repeatedly (See details) 5. Additional keys are provided upon request during the current billing cycle, with new fees being invoiced separately and later combined into a flat fee for all subsequent billing cycles.
